Catch the mismatch at the point of hire.

HiringTalent placementRight person, right roleReassignmentExecutive appointmentTeam building

Some are hired through connections, some on first impression. Some are hired for their youth; others are passed over for it. The outcomes of hiring and placement have long been written off as “fate.” The Quantum Spacetime Strategy OS turns that word into coordinates — the single point where person, time and space intersect — and applies it from the very first decision: whether to hire at all.

Make fortune a matter of design. Raise the probability of success.
Success is defined by the client — and the decision is designed from that definition.

Where Mismatch Occurs

Fit is decided in three places

01

Person and role

The ability was there. The role simply called for a different kind of strength than the one this person brings.

02

Person and person

Manager and report, co-founders, predecessor and successor. The pairing alone changes what the same person delivers.

03

Timing

The same placement starts differently depending on when the person arrives. Some phases are for growth; others for preparation.

Interviews capture what a candidate can put into words. Aptitude tests measure the person at the moment of answering. Both are rigorous, and both rightly anchor hiring and placement. Yet both capture a single moment. Hiring and placement add the axis of time: how the role will shape the person three years on, and how the moment of arrival sets the start. That question needs a framework built for the decision itself.

The Coordinate

Put the decision on coordinates

Conventional frameworks plot a decision on a single line from past to future. The OS adds three coordinates — person, time and space. Eight systems are built in as the rules that compute them.

Person

Structure

Innate calibre, talent and patterns of thought. This layer defines the kind of role in which a person's strength peaks.

Time

Timing

Cycles, turning points and periods of growth. The same person starts differently depending on when they join or are promoted.

Space

Position

Department, location and area of responsibility. This layer adds where the person stands to person and time.

On these coordinates, what was called fate becomes the overlap of person, role and time — a non-linear overlap in which several axes act at once. Hiring and placement are both the act of choosing a position within it.

Input

One input: date of birth and sex

InputDate of birth and sex — nothing more
AnalysisOne core analysis, cross-validated across up to eight systems
IntegrationPerson × Time × Space, converged into five axes
OutputHiring fit · role fit · pairing · timing of promotion

Career history, questionnaires and interview impressions stay outside the input. With nothing resting on self-report, every candidate stands on the same standard. The same input yields the same structure, whoever runs it.

Output

What the decision receives

Hiring fitRole fitPairing dynamicsTiming of promotionTeam composition

Hiring fit is shown as the mesh between the role on offer and the candidate's structure. Role fit is shown as a role type: management, development, design or succession. Pairing dynamics are output as the structure of complement and friction between two people — manager and report, co-founders, predecessor and successor. The timing of promotion is laid out year by year as phases to grow and phases to prepare. Team composition sets several people on one standard, making overlaps and gaps visible.

Scope of Application

Scope

The OS supplies the structural reference that sharpens a decision. Hiring, placement, promotion and team composition all run on the same coordinates. The final decision rests with the client, under its own criteria.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions on Hiring & Placement

How does this differ from aptitude tests or assessments?

Aptitude tests measure a person at the moment of answering. This analysis works from date of birth and sex alone and shows, as structure, fit with the role, the dynamics between people and the course of timing. The two measure different things and work best together.

Can it be used at the hiring stage?

Yes. Hiring, placement and promotion run continuously on the same coordinates. The input is date of birth and sex; what the analysis reads is the structure and timing derived from them. The final hiring decision rests with the client, under its own selection criteria.

Do candidates need to complete a questionnaire or interview?

No. Date of birth and sex are the only input, so nothing rests on self-report — and several people compare on one standard.

Why can date of birth and sex inform a placement decision?

The OS synchronises eight systems — mapped to the three axes of person, time and space — on a single timeline, and converges them into one structure under fixed integration rules. Date of birth and sex are the input values from which those coordinates are computed.

How is this different from fortune-telling?

Conventional frameworks plot a decision on a single line from past to future. This OS adds the coordinates of person, time and space and computes them under fixed rules. The same input yields the same structure, whoever runs it.

Can several people be analysed together?

Yes. The corporate Spacetime Databank sets executive candidates, team compositions and partner decision-makers on one standard, making overlaps and gaps visible.

Do you need the subject's name?

No. A report can be commissioned under a case code, with date of birth and sex alone. In that case the institute never receives the name and never holds it.

Will the result be the same whoever runs it?

Yes. The computed classification is independent of the analyst. Every analysis records the OS version and the database version: same input, same versions — same structure.
