OS Analyst certification courses (Sanmei-gaku, Kyusei Kigaku with auspicious directions and others): fees calculated individually according to subjects and credits.Prices are shown excluding tax, with the amount including 10% consumption tax alongside. Research Cases are shown including tax. In-person prices are the basis, with online prices alongside; see each service page for details. Certification courses are by screening and carry no fixed fee: the total including consumption tax is presented in writing or by email before application, and the contract is concluded only on the client’s acceptance, with no charge arising before then. The Enterprise tier of the Annual Strategy OS Partnership is offered after screening.
Additional charges: Bank transfer fees are borne by the client.
Payment method: Bank transfer only.
Payment timing: Within one week of confirmation of the application.Annual Strategy OS Partnership: the month’s fee is invoiced by the 15th of each month and paid by transfer by the last day of the month.
Delivery: Within one month of the initial hearing.Research Cases: the PDF is sent by email once the transfer is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds: Applications cancelled before the initial hearing are refunded in full. Once provision of the service has begun, cancellation is in principle not accepted, given the nature of the service.
Strategic Advisory Retainer: ends at the end of a month when notice is given by the last day of the preceding month.
Annual Strategy OS Partnership, Core: ends at the end of a month when notice is given by the last day of the preceding month.
Annual Strategy OS Partnership, Enterprise: because delivery capacity is secured for the year, termination and refunds during the contract term are not accepted. See Sections 04 and 05 of the Terms of Service.
Research Cases: as digital content, returns and refunds are not accepted once the application is confirmed.
Operating environment: Not applicable (online consultation and in-person consulting services).Research Cases: an environment capable of viewing PDF files is required.
