Concept
A single analysis, and a standing design
A single session answers the one question in hand. It is effective — and its answer rests on the coordinates of that moment. Management decisions never end at one. People, investment, alliance, withdrawal: questions arise every month, and each time the phase beneath them has moved. Under a retainer, each new question begins from premises already analysed. No time goes to explanation, and the continuity of judgement holds.

Decisions in three domains — management, people and investment — designed continuously on three axes, person × time × space, to raise the probability of success.
Position, renewed
The ten-year, annual and monthly phases of the leader and core members are tracked continuously, and the phase now in force is renewed every month. Press forward in phases of growth, protect in phases of depletion — these are the coordinates beneath that judgement.
Management and investment decisions
The month’s questions are examined on premises already analysed. Alliance, investment, withdrawal, reorganisation — time goes to the decision itself.
Placement and appointment
Executive candidates and team composition, examined through structural compatibility. Who to place in which phase: entrust the same person at a different time, and the result changes.

Reproducibility over intuition
Every analysis runs on the Quantum Spacetime Strategy OS. The input for the core analysis is date of birth and sex alone. A database of more than 1.2 million rows spanning AD600 to AD2220 and more than 10,000 lines of proprietary algorithms execute, in an instant, computation at a scale beyond any manual reach. The same input reaches the same classification, whoever runs it — decision intelligence built on a reproducible procedure.
A judgement one leader carries alone becomes the judgement of the organisation. The axis of judgement stands outside every interest — which is precisely why the organisation accepts it.

Every judgement, recorded with its date
Under a retainer, each judgement drawn from the analysis is recorded with its date before the result is known, then matched against what happens. Building judgement and outcome into a single ledger turns the OS’s reading into a verification asset unique to the organisation.
Judgement — From the coordinates of person and time, a judgement on each question: who, in which seat, and when.
Record — The date of judgement, the timing behind it and the date for verification enter the judgement ledger. Only a record set down before the result can serve as the standard for later matching.
Match — Subsequent moves in people, performance and organisation are added on the same line, with the category of the match: aligned, reversed, under observation.
Update — The result carries into next month’s judgement. The exchange between reading and reality settles into the organisation as a pattern of judgement.
Analysis that ends at delivery is only half the work. Record, match, update — as the working infrastructure of management judgement.

Confidentiality. Every analysis is delivered as confidential to the client alone. A non-disclosure agreement is standard, and both the matters discussed and the results are held under strict control. Confidentiality sits at the core of the institute’s value.
All prices exclude Japanese consumption tax. Contracts run monthly, from the month of commencement.
