Tomoko Namba
Founder of DeNA, the Yokohama DeNA BayStars, the alliance with Nintendo, the first woman vice-chair of Keidanren. A strategy consultant turned entrepreneur, she became one of Japan's leading executives. She joined McKinsey at twenty-four, crossed the ocean to study business, and became a partner at thirty-four.
