Fujiko F. Fujio
Doraemon, Obake no Q-taro, Perman, Kiteretsu Daihyakka, Esper Mami, 21 Emon. Secret gadgets, Nobita and Doraemon, a new feature film every spring. Fujiko F. Fujio (Hiroshi Fujimoto) drew stories that children have read for more than half a century. At primary school he met Motoo Abiko; together they took a single pen name, Fujiko Fujio, and from the Tokiwa-so apartments helped open the age of manga. On 1 December 1969, his thirty-sixth birthday, Doraemon first appeared. Fortune that began to move with his marriage, a decade that carried his work to the whole nation, the end of the partnership, and a death that came while he was still drawing a feature-length story. Why do his stories go on beyond the hand that drew them? What overlapped in his spacetime on that day? We read the vessel he was born with against the phases of destiny and time.
